Woed’s return policy
You may choose to return all or part of your order for a variety of reasons. Please read this page carefully to avoid misunderstandings and possible delays.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.
Always register your return with us online. Our warehouse does not have a drop-off counter, therefore the package cannot be delivered to us in person.
Also keep the original packaging and invoice carefully. This speeds up the processing of the application.
To make sure your return has reached us, we also recommend that you keep your proof of postage on file
Return rights
Customers have the legal right to register a product for return within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After this notification, the customer has another 14 days to actually return the product. If you exercise your right of return, you will receive the entire order amount, minus the return shipping costs, back into your account.
Return charges
When you return an order, you pay the return shipping costs yourself (€3.95). This amount will be deducted from the refund. If a defective or wrong product is delivered, we will pay the return cost.
Liability
As the receiving party of your return, we are not responsible for damage/loss of the package in transit. Keep the shipping receipt you receive from the party you are returning the package with.
Processing returns
Upon receipt of the return, it will be processed as soon as possible. Any replacement items will also be shipped as soon as possible. We aim to process your shipment within 5 days.
If you receive a refund from us, we will process this refund within 14 days. It depends on the speed of your bank when the money will be in your account.
Conditions for returns
Of course, returned products must not have been worn or washed and must have all labels and packaging, if any. Items may be tried on but not worn. Also, do not store items in smoky areas or in a kitchen as items with odor will not be accepted as returns.
The following items cannot be returned:
-Articles that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons, such as dirt or stains.
-Vouchers and license codes
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
